LauraIngraham.com is an independent company. Please direct customer service inquiries only to Laura Ingraham using the customer service links on the LauraIngraham.com web site.
Returns received within 60 days of original shipment are accepted but subject to a 30% restocking fee and shipping/handling fees. No returns or exchanges are accepted for personalized products such as books.
Defective items may be returned without a restocking fee being assessed if they are received back by LauraIngraham.com within 30 days of shipment, and if they are returned in their original packaging. Defective products will be replaced for the same product after the defect has been verified. If you return an item after 30 days of shipment, it will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Customers may exchange items for other products subject to applicable shipping and handling fees.
Processing Returns
If you return a defective item or an item that was shipped in error, you may be reimbursed for return shipping charges up to the amount that was originally applied to your order. Please write "refund return shipping" on your invoice and include it in your return.
Refusing a Shipment
If you refuse a shipment for any reason, or if your package is returned as unclaimed or non-deliverable, you will not be refunded for your original shipping charges and your return will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Refused Shipments/Restocking Fee
Please make your product selections carefully. If you are an international customer, please be aware that you are responsible for paying any duties, customs charges, or tariffs on products shipped to you. Customs declarations will indicate the full value of the order in US dollars.
Shipping Charges On Returns
If you return a defective item or an item that was shipped in error, you may be reimbursed for return shipping charges up to the amount that was originally applied to your order. Please write "refund return shipping" on your invoice.
We're sorry, but we are unable to process exchanges for other items. If you wish to exchange a returned product for another item, you must place a new order for the item you wish to purchase. The value of the returned item will be credited to the original purchasing credit card.
Unless the returned product is defective or an item was shipped in error by Laura Ingraham, you will be responsible for return shipping, and will not be refunded for gift wrapping charges (if any) or the original shipping charges.
Laura365 Membership Cancellations
Recurring Laura365 Memberships can be cancelled at any time. Memberships will automatically renew for equal periods unless you choose to cancel at any time before the period end. No refunds are given for any unused portion of a membership once the credit card is charged.
Defective Products
When you return a defective product, please include a detailed description of the defect. Defective products will be replaced with the same product; we cannot exchange a defective item for another item. If the product is found not to be defective, it will be returned to you, and you will owe the return shipping on it.
Instructions for Returns
Fill out the return invoice that came with your order. If you no longer have the return invoice, you can request one by emailing orders@LauraIngraham.com. Items returned without an invoice (or without the information contained in the invoice) cannot be processed for return, and will be returned to you at your cost. Remove the attached return address label and stick it to the outside of the original shipping box (or another box if you no longer have the original).

We recommend that you use insured parcel post when returning products to us. You will not be reimbursed for the insurance amount. If an item is returned to us that does not fall within the policies set forth above, we will contact you to make arrangements for the item to be returned back to you at your cost.
