Four years ago, Mitt Romney ended his first presidential campaign at the CPAC conference in Washington.
On Friday, Romney will address that same conservative base at the yearly political confab — as the front-runner this time, but coming off a triple loss that highlighted the trouble he’s had bringing the GOP’s conservative wing to his side.
