And you thought L'Affaire Charlie Sheen was the craziest sideshow for CBS's "Two and a Half Men."
Angus T. Jones, who plays young Jake on the hit sitcom, is now speaking out against his own program. If Jones has his way, people will stop watching a show filled with "filth."
In a testimonial for Forerunner Christian Church, Jones talks about discovering the Seventh-day Adventist movement and its impact on his life, ultimately concluding that he no longer wants to be apart of Two and a Half Men or its culture.
"If you watch Two and a Half Men, please stop watching Two and a Half Men," Jones tells viewers (starts around the 7:43-minute mark). "I'm on Two and a Half Men, and I don't want to be on it. Please stop watching it, and filling your head with filth." Jones goes on to bash television in general, urging his fans to "do some research on the effects of television and your brain, and I promise you you'll have a decision to make when it comes to television."
