Sen. David Vitter offers amendment to challenge birthright citizenship

Senator David Vitter (R-LA) believes that despite the criticisms and liberal assault on the GOP over birthright citizenship, the facts support reconsideration of the fourteenth amendment. "Even though Democrats resort to the same old name calling, when you get to the actual facts, what is so wrong with requiring that at least one parent be a U.S. Citizen?" Sen. Vitter questions. Dr. Ben Carson has advice for Pres. Obama

When Laura inquires of Dr. Ben Carson, Director of Pediatric Neurosurgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital, what he would say to Obama if he had the opportunity to meet with him, Carson replies, "I would tell the President that he has the chance to engineer one of the best presidencies ever if he stops the war on America." When Laura asks whether the President understands economics and free market capitalism, Carson replies, "I don't think he believes it [capitalism]...I think he has more of an interest in redistributing wealth, but everyone who has tried to do that has failed."
