Should We Cut Military Funerals or Presidential Spring Breaks?

"Isn't everyone who serves critical to the mission? Should we not honor those who served in the military but did not partake in combat? It is outrageous to focus on cutting military funerals considering all the money that is wasted in Medicare fraud and green energy boondoggles. Why are we worried about bugler costs for veterans while the Obama daughters are flown from the Caribbean to Sun Valley, Idaho?"
Matthew Boyle on the Obamas' Vacation

Matthew Boyle, investigative reporter for Breitbart, has been catching some heat for publishing articles on the Obama daughter's spring break in the Bahamas. He points out that the expense of these trips, at a time when Obama is also telling Americans to cut back, "is a real look into the worldview of the Obama family." Boyle goes on to reference Malia Obama's trip to Mexico last year, "Malia's trip to Mexico cost $115,000 in tax payer money, that would be two to six weeks of White House tours for kids that President Obama jeopardized and cancelled so that his kids could go to the Bahamas."

People of Faith Must Stand Together

Fr. Gerald Murray of the Holy Family Church of New York and Timothy George, Dean of the Beeson Divinity School at Samford University, discuss the need for Christians and other people of faith to stand up to government encroachment on religious freedom. Fr. Murray says, "This country is built on religious freedom, it is not built on the government telling us what is tolerable." Dr. George says, "This is an opportunity for people of all faiths to come together. If we don't do it, we place in jeopardy the freedom to worship."
