Speaker Gingrich: "[Obama] is the second Kardashian president after Bill Clinton"

Today on the show, former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich discussed the moral reformulation our society has undergone at the hands of liberal policies and leaders.

When Ingraham questioned him about the issue of gay marriage and Gov. Chris Christie’s decision to drop the challenge against gay marriage in New Jersey, Gingrich asserted that, “the militancy of the gay movement has gone from toleration, to acceptance, to dominance. And they are now determined to redefine the entire society around their values […] I think you have a real question here about the replacement of religious liberties with secular intolerance, which was everything this country was founded against.”

Gingrich concluded the interview by explaining how our “Kardashian president” is similarly able to get away with implementing harmful policies and deliberately lying to the country, simply because of his celebrity status: “We live in the age of the Kardashians, and I think the president knows that. I think he’s the second Kardashian president after Bill Clinton. And that means any celebrity is fine and there’s no consequences [for their actions]. It’s clear that the President just plain lies but for some reason we live in a time in America where so long as they’re a celebrity, it doesn’t matter what they say, we’re just happy to see them being important,” he said.
