Immigrations and Customs Enforcement reportedly released Onyango Obama, President Barack Obama’s uncle, from jail on Thursday. Onyango Obama was arrested for drunken driving and failing to use a turn signal, and according to the Department of Homeland Security, had a “final order of removal” from the United States dating back to 1992.
According to Smith, the Obama administration made several deportation and illegal immigrant policy changes last month, and Obama’s uncle is one of the first to benefit from it.
