Although it was not a ruling on the merits of Hobby Lobby stores' challenge to Obamacare's Emergency Contraception mandate, Justice Sotomayor tipped her hand on how she'll rule on the ultimate question of religious liberty. The "exemption" from the HHS mandate (that all employer-provided health insurance covers services like abortifacients) is so narrowly drawn that Jesus himself wouldn't qualify.
