Most Breast Ca Patients Fall Short on Exercise

Two-thirds of breast cancer patients reported lower levels of physical activity than currently recommended, a study of 1,735 patients showed.

Overall, 35% of the patients met the current standard of 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity activity each week. African-American breast cancer patients were significantly less likely to meet exercise goals compared with white women.
