BARACK OBAMA, A MAN FOR ALL SEASONS: So what if Barack Obama now supports expanding offshore drilling, even though he was vehemently opposed to it last week? He's just doing what all power hungry liberal politicians do when they are backed into a corner -- he's evolving!

"HUMANITARIAN PHOTO-JOURNALISM"? Photojournalist Zoriah Miller is at the center of a controversy over photos he took during an embed with U.S. Marines in Iraq. Going against the wishes of his military escort, he posted gruesome shots of dead U.S. troops on his blog; after refusing to remove them, his embed credentials were withdrawn, and now he's crying censorship.

Did Zoriah overstep his bounds, or did the military? What do these grisly photos say about the media's coverage of the war? You be the judge -- click here for part of the segment.

REPUBLICAN REVOLT! At long last, are Republicans finally recapturing their mojo? San Fran Gran Nan and her merry band of do-nothing clods have already skipped town for their summer recess. No wonder the humidity has dropped 30 percent in recent days! As Rep. Mike Pence (R-IN) said on today's show, "the lights and mics are off but the debate is on." A hearty bunch of House Republicans are hunkering down, protesting Pelosi's politburo-styled approach to governance. Conservative leaders simply want SFGN to allow an up or down vote on expanded drilling, a move three-quarters of the country supports. (365ers, click here to listen).
