containing data that blows out of the water the Rep. Paul Ryan claim that we need immigration amnesty because America has a "labor shortage" in offing. Folks, we have a jobs shortage, not a labor shortage. Contrary to Speaker John Boehner's claim that the GOP will be in trouble if it doesn't tackle immigration reform, the GOP will be finished if it steps into the elites' amnesty trap set shortly after the 2012 election. Three million Republicans stayed home in November rather than voting for moderate Mitt. Imagine how many will turn in their party registration if the House Speaker goes ahead and cuts a deal with Rep. Nancy Pelosi on immigration? I have emphasized this point for several months, but some of the "smart folks" still don't get it: the jobs shortage should be the primary focus of the Republican party.
