Dems look to Supreme Court for immigration fix

I wonder what Rubio & Co. think of this.

So we're not going to put this provision in the bill, because that would render the bill "unpassable." And then the Supreme Court will put the provision into the bill after it is passed. More brilliance from the GOP. There is still time for Sen. Rubio to save us all the agony, the in-fighting, the expanded government bureaucracy, and a new "legal" dependency class-- he can leave this travesty behind.
