(DIS)R-E-S-P-E-C-T: Find out what it means to Nancy
Posted by Staff
In a recent interview, Nancy Pelosi decided to preach ‘like it’s 2012’ -- harkening back to old soundbites from last year’s presidential campaign… claiming that the GOP “disrespect” women’s ability to exercise their own judgment. But who is really waging the war on women? After all, isn’t it the left that has taken away a woman’s right to choose her own health care plan tailored to her specific needs? And isn’t it the left that has sought to impose stringent regulations that would bar women from exercising their 2nd amendment right to arm and protect themselves? And isn’t it the left that has promoted a pro-abortion agenda that legalizes the murder of countless unborn women? And while Pelosi may claim she’s shattered the “marble ceiling,” let’s not forget that she was quick to construct a steel one right behind her, as she supported countless liberal policies that stifle job growth and increase unemployment. If Pelosi wants to continue touting a tired campaign soundbite that Republicans “disrespect” women, she might want to look up what the word “disrespect” means.

A Christmas Stor(ies)

From stringing popcorn and cranberries to singing carols to just spending time with those who matter most, the smallest Christmas moments can leave the most indelible imprints on our memories and hearts. The phones rang off the hook today as listeners called in to share their best Christmas memories. Laura was regaled with stories of soldiers returning home to their families, a mother who watched her autistic daughter light up when greeted by a new Christmas puppy, and a granddaughter who surprised her grandparents with a Christmas feast. Now is the time to recall those special memories, go out, and spread the cheer. Facebook Fark Furl
