Company opens books, makes all salaries public knowledge

The Today Show reports:

While talking salaries may feel like the ultimate taboo to some, one company hopes to make it the norm.

Dane Atkinson, CEO of business technology company SumAll, has created what he calls a "transparent workplace," in which everyone knows what their co-workers earn. Atkinson argues the move makes everyone accountable for their work, while others feel it'd feed workplace jealousy.
